Stephanie Davidson is a Workforce Development Officer with Immigration NB in the Recruitment Unit, specializing in helping employers across the province navigate immigration programs to meet their workforce needs. She works directly with HR professionals and business leaders to promote and support the use of provincial immigration pathways as strategic hiring solutions. With over two decades of experience—primarily in the private sector—Stephanie brings a practical, employer-focused approach to workforce development, emphasizing collaboration, relationship-building, and results.

Renée Robichaud is a Senior Program and Policy Advisor at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship. She has been working for IRCC since 2014. Initially working in Identity Management, which saw her negotiate agreements with various provincial and territorial stakeholders. She moved to the Dedicated Service Channel in 2021, where one of her roles is to help demystify the immigration system for external stakeholders. Renée regularly meets with employers and various stakeholders from New Brunswick and across Canada to find out more about their immigration needs, to discuss available options and to help answer their questions.
