Natasha Arseneault is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CPHR) and the owner of Intuitive HR Insights, a New Brunswick–based consulting practice that empowers organizations and HR professionals through people-focused strategy, leadership development, and practical HR solutions.

With over 20 years of progressive HR and leadership experience across industries including regulatory, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and professional services, Natasha is known for her ability to balance strategic foresight with human connection. Her career has centered on helping leaders navigate difficult conversations, strengthen trust, and build accountability across all levels of an organization.
