George Raine is the Founding Director of Montana Consulting Group, co-founder of LabourWyse, and the creator of Turnaround Interview™. Since 2004, Montana has worked with nearly 200 employers and unions across Canada, providing practical training and consulting in complex labour relations and HR matters. A long-time specialist in human dynamics in the workplace, George is particularly known for his work on persuasive communication and practical approaches to managing workplace performance. George is a co-founder and twice president of the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations (now CPHR Canada), which represents over 30,000 HR professionals, and helped establish a national standard for the CPHR designation. He is also a recipient of the Atlantic Canada Human Resources Award (ACHRA) for Excellence in Human Resources.
