Wihan de Wet is an organisational psychologist and HR transformation specialist with broad global consulting and corporate experience. As a former Associate Director at KPMG, Wihan led complex OD and HR transformation programmes across multiple industries, guiding organisations through operating model redesign, culture and change initiatives, and leadership capability building.
