Pascale Routhier‑LeBlanc is a CPHR Candidate, HR leader and people‑first advocate who believes work should be simple, human, and grounded in trust. With expertise in recruitment, organizational design, and leadership development, she challenges outdated practices and encourages the conversations that strengthen culture and engagement. Known for her collaborative approach and reflective leadership style, Pascale brings humour, heart, and practical insight to every room, whether she’s mentoring students, redesigning hiring practices, or speaking about the evolving world of work. Originally from Southeastern New Brunswick, she now lives in Fredericton with her family. Pascale has over 11 years of HR experience, including 6.5 years with Alcool NB Liquor in Talent Management and Organizational Design, and she teaches HR part‑time at UNB. She holds degrees in Translation and Organizational Management, a Human Resources certificate, and a Human Resources Strategist certification. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, knitting, the outdoors, and time with family and friends. |
