With over 15 years of HR experience and a CPHR designation, Amy is at the forefront of shaping leadership development, employee experience, HR systems and data, talent acquisition, and organizational culture. Known for her strategic vision and people-first approach, Amy brings energy and innovation to everything she does. Outside of work, she’s an unapologetic Swiftie, a passionate Formula 1 fan, a frequent traveler, a certified Pilates instructor and a voracious reader.
