Amy Graham is the Director of Organizational Culture and HR Strategy with Service New Brunswick’s People and Culture team and the Co-founder of The Good Chair Collective - a consulting practice built around the sole goal of helping organizations build better workplaces. With over 15 years of HR experience and a CPHR designation, Amy is at the forefront of shaping leadership development, employee experience, HR systems and data, talent acquisition, and organizational culture.

Known for her strategic vision and people-first approach, Amy brings energy and innovation to everything she does.
