| There will be four groups presenting on the topic of employee engagement. Each group will address a unique challenging area for senior management today. They will provide answers to the following questions: • How do socially responsible organizations increase the level of engagement in their employees? • How does organizational leadership impact employee engagement in areas such as mentorship and succession planning? • How does feedback and the employee’s relationship with his or her supervisor and the organization affect employee engagement? • What is the effect of orientation on engagement and how does employee engagement affect the company’s bottom line? | ||
