With the use of humorous and concrete examples, Denis Carignan explains how to leave a state of mind that produces pain and suffering to reach a state of mind where peace can be found. It is in that delicious place that we can finally let go and be in a greater state of harmony within our life. Letting go does not bring forth a loosening slacking, rather, it brings an acceptance of reality that permits an action which is more intelligent and more effective in harmony with reality.
