A physical educator, an osteopath and a doctor in sport psychology, Sylvain is a world-renowned speaker. Author of several bestsellers, Sylvain contributes regularly to several television shows on RDS, V, Radio-Canada and TVA. In fact, he has had the opportunity to treat more than 1,000 elite athletes such as Mario Lemieux, Tiger Woods, and Marc Gagnon to name but a few. He has shared his consulting expertise with the NHL, the NBA, and the NFL and was a speaker at the Olympic Games in Atlanta.
