She joined Visier this year as their first in-house HR analyst, and is designing creative strategies to align people plans with business objectives, using an analytical mindset. Joining Visier last year as an HR Business Partner, Steve is passionate about utilizing data to create meaningful talent strategies with the business leaders he supports.
