Shauna Cole is Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and Senior Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP) with over 20 years’ Human Resources experience. Shauna also holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Undergraduate Degree in Communications (BA). 

 

Shauna founded the job board, hirediverse.ca and creates content on recruitment, career and diversity and inclusion. She posts regularly to LinkedIn and to her YouTube channel.  She is also a regular workplace columnist with CBC radio across the maritimes.

 

Shauna is an award-winning university Instructor, delivering courses in Effective Communications and Management Skills Development ins the MBA Program at the University of New Brunswick.
