Her practice has included workplace investigations and development of comprehensive workplace policies including creation and implementation of bullying and harassment policies and procedures . During her tenure, Rose’s practice has evolved, and she now routinely assists clients in complicated situations. Often involving senior level employees, including exiting CEOs, Rose has a great deal of experience advising clients regarding the various issues that arise in these types of complex circumstances.
