Stephanie Davidson is a Workforce Development Officer with Immigration NB in the Recruitment Unit, specializing in helping employers across the province navigate immigration programs to meet their workforce needs. She works directly with HR professionals and business leaders to promote and support the use of provincial immigration pathways as strategic hiring solutions. With over two decades of experience—primarily in the private sector—Stephanie brings a practical, employer-focused approach to workforce development, emphasizing collaboration, relationship-building, and results.

Cindy-Lynn Frenette is a bilingual Atlantic Outreach Officer, with IRCC. She has been a proud public servant for nearly 20 years. Cindy-Lynn is an avid advocate of Atlantic growth opportunities. In her role as an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s Atlantic Outreach Officer, she actively works on promoting IRCC’s key immigration priorities. Leveraging her in-depth immigration knowledge, she is passionate about helping employers and working with stakeholders.
