David Cory, B.Ed., M.A., and Jill Cory, B.A. of Emotional Intelligence Training Company Inc.

David Cory is a coach and trainer and founder of The Emotional Intelligence Training Company Inc. (EITC), one of the first companies to offer leadership development assessment, training, and coaching based on the concept of emotional intelligence. EITC is the leading provider of the EQ-I 2.0 Certification Course in North America. David speaks at conferences on the topic of emotional intelligence and leadership.

 
Jill Cory is a coach, trainer, author and specialist in the area of women’s leadership. Jill is an expert on violence against women in relationships and co-authored the book, “When Love Hurts: a woman’s guide to understanding abuse in relationships” published by Penguin Publishers. Jill speaks at conferences and offers training on both leadership development and on best practices in supporting women who have experienced abuse in their intimate partner relationships.

Join David Cory and Jill Cory, as they discuss the relationship between psychological safety and emotional intelligence and suggest some ways you can use to increase psychological safety in your workplace.
