This session is designed specifically for HR professionals and it includes:

• A dynamic presentation of the realities and common pitfalls faced by HR professionals in conflict situations
• A practical case study to encourage reflection and experimentation with an intervention approach
• The introduction of a simple, structured framework (in five steps) to provide clear guidance for managers and staff
• An exploration of intervention styles based on Insights profiles, to gain a better understanding of one’s natural style and blind spots
• Practical tools that you can put into practice immediately

The format is experiential: participants will be encouraged to reflect, discuss and practice in small groups. The aim is for everyone to leave with a clearer understanding of their role and the tools at their disposal in a conflict situation.
